Suspicious e-mails

Recently received: a number of suspicious e-mails from following senders

mail@info.adobesystems.com with e.g. Subject Chef Kaz relies on Acrobat

info@adobe-direct.com with e.g. Subject: Acrobat makes your work look great (Reply-address: 2255240-85796z@adobe-direct.com)

info@adobe-direct.com with Subject: Acrobat X: het versnellen van terugkerende taken (Reply-address: 1867871-12279z@adobe-direct.com; message identified as possible SCAM)

Are mails from these addresses reliable, or must I consider them SCAM, SPAM, or other malware?

It is impossible to say if mail is genuine from the sender address. Any address can be faked.

They look like forum notifications. If you don't want them, turn off notifications.
