Dear Friends,

My first time making a PDF with accessibility requirements. So far everything has been really easy to fix but unfortunately all table tags is delete.

My hand source file is PDF only. How to create table tagging manually in the PDF?

I have try some options here -- TouchUp Reading Order >> Table, than used Table Editor -- but i got some error. I have place the screenshot below for your reference.

One Short Question: It's possible to create table tagging manual in the PDF?

Please suggest friends. Please provide any sample links.

Thanks in Advance

Yes, it is possible but time consuming to hand-tag a table in Acrobat Pro. A good starting point would be one of the basic PDF tagging guides that google can easily find. My favorite is on the California state website:

You can find a few short tutorials on PDF table accessibility on my youtube channel Tagged PDF - YouTube

Finally, my favorite screen-reader-preview tool for working with tables is built into PAC 1.3. The link is on

Hope this helps.
