the application was unable to start correctly

I am getting an error when opening a file........the application was unable to tart correctly (0xc0000022).....I have reinstalled program....gotten updates and tried to repair.....any ideas?

I believe I have fixed it.  There appears to have been a Windows update that had a C++ that had it not functioning correctly.

Try using the file manager on your computer to find the executable program and use the right mouse click to bring up the properties for the file. There should be a tab called "Details" which will provide a lot of detailed information about the product, version, date created, etc.
