The 'Learn About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC' won't Run

Hi Buttercup99,

Are you not able to Launch Acrobat Reader DC ?

Or you are not able to open 'Learn Adobe Acrobat Reader DC' file?

Yes, I can Open the Program - then I go to Help on the Menu Bar at the top and Click  Learn about....

This opens .....

Learn & Support / Acrobat Reader DC Help  -  with a Video underneath 'Get to know Acrobat Reader DC'

It is this Video which won't Run

Hi Buttercup99,

Please make sure that Flash player is installed and updated on your system.

Also try to Repair Installation under Help menu.

My Flash Player is ok and up to date

I haven't done a Repair since in all other respects the AA Reader DC works fine

Also, I have discovered that if I get to the same Video via Adobe Support and then Acrobat Reader Help, the Video works ok

Thanks for your suggestions - the 'problem' is not vital!
