The reason was not displaying in the signature field when singed using JavaScript.

In our application, digital sign is added using signatureSign function in JavaScript.

Until Acrobat XI version, this feature was working fine. But for Acrobat DC or Acrobat 2017, the reason was not displaying in the signature field.

We can create custom appearances while using Adobe Acrobat application.

Is there any way to include the "reason" in the signature field through JavaScript or plugins?
