The redaction tool stripping out OCR for the rest of the scanned document

We are taking scanned documents, running OCR, then using the redaction tool.  The result is that the redaction tool is stripping out the OCR data for the entire of the document. Is there a process, method, or setting that would allow us to keep the document text searchable while applying redactions?

Hi timf49344859,

Would like to inform that you may set the action for this. First you may set the option for OCR first & then choose the option for Redact. So,on running the action first it will run OCR & then give the option for Redact .
