I just bought the Acrobat Pro DC Student and Teacher Edition and I'm disappointed with the fact that the classic version available for education not to have the tab resource. There is any perspective for a future update for this resource that is available in the Reader Version ?

I absolutely agree this should be fully explained. It wasn't thought through I think, at the time demos and product info were made available for DC (at which time, of course, there were no big feature differences). Even many Adobe support staff have not understood this.

There needs to be a demo version of the perpetual license product, to help people in their decision making.

There is likely to be a paid upgrade with this feature. However, there are not discounted upgrades for the education version.

This lack of features is NOT a limitation of the education version, but of any purchase of a perpetual license. To get rolling updates of features (rather than paying for an upgrade every year or two), you need to subscribe. I think you may have to subscribe to the whole Creative Cloud to get an Academic discount, no sure.

Okay. Thank you. But i would like to underline that this kind of difference is not clear on the products information. I research about this and I didn't find anything from the adobe official information about the difference between classic version and continuous version. I think Adobe needs to be more explicit and clear about. Is a question of one policy of transparency!
