I get this message after I have save this pdf in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and reopen it to make changes.

What does that mean and can I fix that so I can edit the contents of this file ?

Thanks for the info.

I have saved file as mentioned in thread you sent me adding _RE to file name but same error message when I try to edit file again.

The file in question is called FILENAME.PDF and then the word (SECURE).

Any other ideas ?
