To update a folder with documents of mostly OCR'd docs, I only want to update the files that haven't been OCR'd. How can I differentiate these file types in Acrobat?

The folder contains 1000 files, and there are 10 new files added. I only want to OCR the 10 new files, not all 1000 files where most of them already have OCR run.

Hi ,

The 10 files could be OCR'd at one by go Batch processing.

The New Action option under Action Wizard could do that ,however you need to know the names of the files that needs to OCR'd.

You could try indexing to search for the 10 files out of the whole lot.

But I don't know which 10 haven't been updated with OCR. How can I differentiate between those that have been updated and those that haven't?
