Tools - Forms is missing in my Adobe Reader DC

Hi, is there any way to add this to my tools panel? I did have it before but it is not there anymore. All I have is this:

The ability to add or edit form fields is available in Adobe Acrobat, not in the free (Acrobat) Reader.
