have been working on a PDF plan with 2 days of design work with stamps and comments.
I need to transfer/copy all information onto a updated new PDF Plan.
How can I do this? Please can someone let me know if this is possible?

Hi Claire,
Thanks for your query. You can transfer all comments and stamps into another PDF using the "Import Data File" option available in comments app.
Steps are as follows:
For details refer, Importing and exporting comments, Adobe Acrobat .
Hope this answers your query.

Priyanka

Thank you for your meail last week.
I have found the inport file iocn and it has worked.
However the file importing into has multiple pages and the file I want to copy from has multiple pages.
The imported stamps end up on the wrong page.......then I tried to snap shot the stamps, but this doesn't work either.....
I have tried to save the pages individually via just PDF factory or PDF but once I have done this, The computer won't allow me to import the information any more......
Can you let me know how to save and or separate the pages on both files for this to work?

The comments are imported into exactly the same physical location on the page as in the old file. If the layout of that page in the new file is different than the original one then they won't appear in the "correct" place. There's nothing much you can do about that, I'm afraid.
