Trying to create a form but getting error code "could not create a new pdf form." I'm trying to open a word document.

I'm trying to create a form with Acrobat Pro (trial) and am getting an error code each time telling me it could not create a new pdf form.  No explanation, no help options!

Anyone know how to get around this error code?
