trying to find an easy solution to export Data from multiple PDF's to a database that can be searchable

Okay I have a rather involved question that I hope I can get help with.  I built a layered pdf for a local construction company that is used as a contract that builds out carports and buildings and prices them with dropdowns.  They send this to customers to sign and review and this is used as their purchase contract.  We currently save all contracts in a dropbox.  The company is now wanting to intergrade some sort of searchable database that collects customer information like name, address and phone numbers for marketing from those estimates and purchase contracts.  Is there a way to accomplish this for them with very few steps?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Acrobat allows you to export the form data from a collection of forms to a tab-delimited format that can then be opened by a spreadsheet for further analysis. Exactly how its done depends on which version of Acrobat is being used.
