Hi, I need help resolving typeerror: service is undefined.

Hi Aria,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to open the FDF file and getting the error  'service is undefined'

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the FDF file?

Have you created the file or have you got the file from a different user?

A FDF file is a data file. If you attempt to open it, it will search for the pdf that created it and open the pdf with the data filled in. If you attempt to open it and you don't have the pdf (or a copy) that created it you will receive an error message.

Also, please update the application to the latest version available. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
