Unable to Print Adobe Acrobat DC PDF files on HP OfficeJet 8728

HI

I just bought a brand new HP Office Jet 8728 printer, but for some reason it will not print from Adobe programme. I have gone through all the steps that HP has given me but still can't print from this programme. the printer prints from all other programs including FOXIT PDF programme.

Adobe basics solutions are not working either?? Any help would be much appreciated?

When you say “it will not print from Adobe programme” exactly what do you mean? Are you getting an error message, blank pages, what? If there is an error message, a screen shot would help! And is this Acrobat or Reader and which version? Finally, did printing work to either other printers on your system or the printer that was replaced by this new printer?

in answer to your questions, i am simply not getting anything, no message, no notification that there was a problem printing, no error in the print queue tray, (as a matter of fact when looking at the print queue tray/menu it doesn't even register that there is anything to print? I have gone into work and can print on their printer no problem from this programme, it only seems to be on the HP at home,,, I am using this version...
