Unable to Save Form with Fields Completed

Help please! I created a Form in Acrobat DC Pro with some fillable fields. As far as I can tell, I have all security turned off. When I open the Form I have no trouble filling it out and saving the form with a new name and with the information I filled out. I sent the Form to someone (they are on an Apple) and they are able to fill out the form and Print it but they can't save it with the field information. Adobe Reader tells them it is only able to save a blank form or they can Print. Do I need to do something to the Form I sent them or is there something they can do on their end? Thanks! Michael

What version of Adobe Reader?

My version is 32. I'm trying to find out what their version is and have them download the latest. Keeping my fingers crossed.
