Update not working for Acrobat Pro DC on Mac

New Here ,
Oct 12, 2016 Oct 12, 2016

When checking for updates (From the Help menu>check for updates) I get the message that Adobe Acrobat is already up to date. I'm running version 2015.010.20056.

I have seen on the Adobe website that a newer version is available and also recommended as it is supposed to fix an issue with the "fill&sign" tool.

What do I have to do to make the program find the update, or can I just download the newer version and install it?

Hi holm188

You might try downloading update from this location: Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh. click Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and download the file.

Hi Holm Miehlbradt

It is possible that your Acrobat was updated in the background and the updated version didn't reflect in finder due to caching. I request you to check your version by opening Acrobat and clicking 'Acrobat Pro'->'About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' from main menu, you might be already updated. If thats not the case please provide the logs located at '~/Library/logs/Adobe' .
