upgrading to Adobe Acrobat 10

Guest

I need to upgrade from Adobe 9 to 10.  I have been trying to download version 10, but I get a message that it's already installed but I cannot see that it is.  I am currently  paying $14.99/month on the Adobe ACROPRO Subscription.  Can you help me to get upgraded to Adobe Acrobat 10?

You cannot upgrade to 10 as that product is discontinued. You need to install the latest version which is "DC".

When you open the app and click Help > About Acrobat, what version do you see?

I tried multiple times to download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but get a message that it is currently available. Still it will not allow me to open a document in Adobe 10.

  1. So you go here?: https://cloud.acrobat.com/
  2. Click Acrobat
  3. And then click Download Now?

What happens?
