I want to take what's here a step further: Add an "Attach File" button to a PDF form.
I have a document that I want to incorporate attach file buttons in; however, these buttons are by and large useless when you have a situation where you have multiple questions requiring a user to upload files that correspond to that particular question.
For example, say you have three questions. For questions one through three, you offer the user one attach file button per question, yet the button you click to upload your file will not put that file in a spot that corresponds to the question for which the button had been made, meaning that if I were to upload files in response to questions one through three in my PDF and later decide that I need to replace the file I'd uploaded for question one, it will go to the bottom of my attachments queue and not actually replace the file: I would then have four files, two being out of place. You can see how this will become extremely problematic when working with a multi-page form across, say, a week's time where new versions of files are created daily and subsequently get re-uploaded to that multi-page form.
I want an attach file button and a field next to the button where the file I upload using that button is housed so that the file can be easily replaced if necessary. I don't want users to have to go to File>Navigation Pane>Attachments to view files, and I don't want files to be housed there, either. And I don't want users to have to delete 20+ uploaded files and re-upload their final versions for the sake of them appearing in right order.
Is this possible? If so, can someone please provide the steps and the JavaScript to accomplish this as was done in the link I'd provided, which was laid out quite nicely. I know nothing about this stuff and have been combing through the Internet to find a solution for a while now and keep coming up empty handed, and I really need to accomplish this.
Many thanks!

Sorry, I have no idea how to do what you're asking...I can't write JavaScript--only copy and paste it . Good luck!
