I've contacted the LOS vendor for assistance and they walked me through a process to remove hidden content from a PDF file but that didn't help.  It's interesting because the forms that were migrated when we upgraded are fine (users are able to open/view and print) however they are having issues with the one template I updated since we upgraded.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
