Using Print Production -> Output Preview to view individual separations, causes severe display issues on new iMacs

Using Print Production -> Output Preview to view individual separations in Acrobat DC 2015, when separations selected/de-selected causes strange color shifts, de-selected seps sometimes do not disappear, have to quit Acrobat and restart repeatedly.  Running 2 new 27" iMacs, 10.11.3 & 10.10.5, same issues both machines, Acrobat DC is now useless for us, any known issues/fixes?
