Verification of Model Tree and Viewing PreFlight infomation

Hello:

Is it possible via the PDF Extract API(Python) to verify and find model tree information. I am not trying to change information but verifying that model tree information exists as well as checking pre-flight information. Is this possible via the Python Extract API or by another means? I would appreciate the assistance!
