want to move a PDF to word file and have lost the ability to "save as"

I had to do some upgrading on my firewall and antivirus and now I can not "save as" my filled out PDF forms to my word files.  When I hit the "save as", it is blank.  It previously gave me several choices and I always chose "my documents".

Hi suzannes64556404 ,

Would like to inform that If you are getting blank 'save as' window, then try this : -

Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > General > Under basic tools, Please uncheck the option for 'Show online storage when saving files', then OK & relaunch the application .

Let me know how it goes .

Regards,

Yatharth

It worked! It even cut out one of the steps and took me directly to where I want ed to go. I cannot thank you enough!
