I have purchased license of Acrobat XI Pro for 2 years.

Today I updated this product upon received notification.

After that I start having pop-up screen saying "Thanks for trying Acrobat XI".

Why?

Hi hktechpoint,

Please try reinstalling the product once again with the serial key which you have. If you still face the issue, please share following following logs from %tmp% directory of your machine:

* oobelib.log, amt3.log, pdappp.log

Thanks

Rahul

Thank you Rahul.

Do I need to save product license when I reinstall the product?

My coworker had similar issue and her license key became invalid after she just re-installed the product.

I want be very careful because it is not cheap software.

Hiro

Hi hktechpoint,

You just need to have your license key ready with you at the time of installation.

If your coworker's serial number has stopped working, please ask her to contact Adobe customer support.

Thanks

Rahul
