Was running Acrobat Pro v 9 on older laptop.  It crashed.  I do not have access to it to inactivate.  Have a new laptop and have entered serial number when the trial version asks for it.  Rejects this as it's an outdated version.  Called service and they continue to direct me to 'get support' chat.  I only have 7 days left before the trial version crashes and would like some help.  Without having to spend $400 for a new product.

‌You can't just install the new Acrobat without buying it. Your serial number will be for 9.0 only.  And there will be no support, it is long past end of life. Use your original disks.
