We are unable to digitally sign pdfs using the Entrust certificate we are paying for. There appear to be many users out there with the same or similar problems. It may be a problem with a cryptographic server driver, but we have again had to bring in an expert to help us get this fixed. One suggestion on the internet was to uninstall the Windows Cryptographic Server driver, and then after some process reinstall this driver, but no clear step by step directions. Since I have been unable to get a straight answer from Microsoft, Adobe or Entrust, I am relying on our expert who has come in to try to fix it again.
