We have a few licenses for acrobat pro 9 & 10 and was managed by our system engineer and have seen left us. Now we realise that we are unable to deactivate and reactivate all the licenses. I'm the Systems Manager of this company - PAE Singapore Pte Ltd, p

I don't know why they directed you here for help. There's nothing we can do to help you with the issue of activation.

The only think I can think about is to try and get the installers from these pages. Maybe they have the activation feature disabled, since these are old version. If not, you're out of luck, I'm afraid.
