I have Adobe Acrobat DC (updated to 15.006.30119) being used with a Windows 10 system and a Chrome browser (updated to Version 48.0.2564.109 m). The Adobe plug-in is enabled and we can see the Adobe button used to convert a web page to a PDF. However, when when we try to convert any web page to a PDF via Chrome (selecting "Convert Webpage to PDF ...") we get an error notice "Conversion Failure" with no other information. When I try to use the same extension in Internet Explorer 11, nothing happens at all (no error message and no PDF created).
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this?

Hi
Are you able to convert web page to PDF from Acrobat via File > Create > PDF from web page ?

Hi Tanvi, I am able to create PDF's of web pages using the File > Create > PDF (should have mentioned that). It appears to only be an issue with the Adobe plugins for the browsers.

Hi
Sorry for the delayed response.
Is your problem resolved?
If not, can you please try with system restart if it fixes the issue.
Also try repairing your Acrobat.
Thanks
Tanvi

I did a repair to resolve this "conversion failure" problem.
--- I have BOTH Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed.
--- I use Google Chrome web browser.
--- My OS is Windows 7 Professional.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Navigate: Start | Control Panel | Program & Features
2) Click on your Adobe program.
3) Towards top, click on Change | Repair.
My repair did not require reboot for PDF conversion in Google Chrome to work.

The conversion feature disappears on my laptop computer about every 5 to 10 days. Then I go to control panel and click through to repair. I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro running on WIN7. I suspect that an unauthorized automatic update overwrites that feature. It's annoying.

The Acrobat plugin is no longer compatible with Chrome. You should run it from within Acrobat itself, via File - Create - PDF from Web Page...

I have only Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed.
I do the Repair and it require me to reboot the OS.
When os rebooted, Adobe Acobat extension can Convert webpage to PDF.
PS: Win10, Version 2004(OS Build 19041.508)
