What are objects beneath checkboxes?

When I delete checkboxes, what is the object beneath it with rectangle in the center?  I don't know their purpose and I don't seem to be able to delete them.

Probably a part of the static content of the file, which the check-box was hiding. You should be able to remove them using the Edit Text & Images tool, or even the Redaction tool.

Hey Try67,

Thanks for the quick response.  Unfortunately these objects do not appear when viewing document in Edit Text & Images tool.  They only seem to appear in the Prepare Form tool.  They appear as small rectangles (portrait) with outlines and handles for resizing.   When I double-click the object to open it, there is not much in the Properties window.  It seems to adopt field names that I've edited most recently.

Thanks,

Brad

Strange... Try removing them with the Redaction tool. It can get rid of all

kinds of weird objects in a file.
