You'd need to use Acrobat DC Standard or Pro (Windows) or Acrobat DC Pro (Mac) to edit a PDF document.

To a lesser extent. Some edit tools are missing. I feel I should point out that editing PDFs is a DESPERATE LAST RESORT. It often doesn't work or doesn't work how you want. It isn't just like using Word.
