Help/support is no help.
I did not see a cc desktop app. I have successfully downloaded Acrobat DC. I tried right-clicking the Setup dialog box but nothing happened. So I just hit Retry the 3 or 4 times it came up. I did the installation process using Internet Explorer rather than Firefox that I had been using.

Don't get your answer. I've been trying to download Acrobat Standard DC and get the error 1321 message. Now what? I have already uninstalled Acrobat X and now have no application to open .pdf files.

are you seeing that error when downloading or after successfully downloading and when installing?

When downloading, deep into it. Last time, it was at 100%

that's not a download error. that's an installation error.
are you installing an acrobat dc subscription or a purchased perpetual license?

quit your cc desktop app.
then right click the app>click 'run as administrator'.
