Hi ,

Acrobat 7 is an older and unsupported version of Acrobat ,also not compatible with the latest PS.

You would have to uninstall it and opt for the latest Acrobat DC as Adobe does not sell any prior versions anymore.

‌With a version 7 license you can install only version 7. Except that you can't do that either. Time to buy a new version, upgrades and support finished years ago.
