When converting from Docx to PDF then saving as a JPEG the content loses its sharpness.

I have a colleague who was using Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro and she was creating Word 2013 documents which she then saved and converted to a PDF Format, from the PDF she was able to save the content to a JPEG and the content was crystal clear and sharp. We have given her a new PC and we no long have Adobe acrobat pro 8 for her to use so we gave her Adobe acrobat Pro 9. When she converts using Adobe Acrobat 9, the content is not sharp and very uneasy on the readers eyes.

How can we get it so that the JPEG looks as sharp as it did when we were using Adobe Acrobat Pro 8...Below is an example of how it is turning out in JPEG form.

When it should look like the below

Thank you in advance.

Go to Edit - Preferences - Convert from PDF, select JPEG and then set the settings to the highest quality possible.

It's important to remember that JPEG is a lossy format, so there will almost always be quality loss.

Acrobat 9 is quite old and not compatible with the current operating systems, so that might explain it.

Also, make sure you update it to the latest version that's available for it and then try again.

It worked ok on V8, I will test it if I can with V8 and see what happens.

This worked, but we had to play with the resolution a bit. We set it to 600 and we're now good to go!

Thank you!
