I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole suite. I tried just uninstalling and reinstalling the Acrobat. I tried different files. I tried making them PDFs first. I enabled security. I added the registry key noted in a forum in this area. I changed my browser.
The issue persists. Tech Support at the institution can not find a resolution either.
I'm re-entering the question as it was cleared previously.
