when i click on the link to open my file from downloading it gives me different options to open it in and i am not sure where to open it

i got my link from my adobe acrobat software but when it asked it I want to open it it gives me  the options to open in a few areas that I am not familiar with any help would be great

i dont have the answer to that persay, but im having a hell of a time trying to find out What will open this one game i downloaded! Cuz it says that Adobe Acrabat Reader .....CAN'T!!!
