When I try to convert an E-mail or a WebPage to PDF, pictures and photographs in them don't come out, all that appears is black and a question mark.

Hi THOMASMORRISNTLWORLDCOM,

Would request you to provide exact dot version of software & OS installed on your system . Check whether any update is available for the software after going through "Help > Check for updates".

Also after opening the software, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Also would request you to please share the screen shot of any document getting this issue .

Dear Yatharth, This is an example of what's happening when I try to convert an email or web page with pictures or photographs in it to PDF. I have just upgraded to Windows 10, I have Internet Explorer 11, and have tried it with Google Chrome and the same happens. I have been selecting Adobe, and then selected messages, with the e-mail that I want to convert selected.

I have just tried an installation repair and there are no updates, and this screenshot is of what's still happening when I try to convert e-mails with pictures and photographs.
