The interactive pdf was created in Indesign on Mac. Opens fine in adobe on the computer but when I open with the adobe mobile app the content in the fillable screens is gone? I called adobe and they say they don't support any mobile devices.

What is the name of the app you're using to open the PDF? When you say "fillable screens", do you mean form fields?

I am using the adobe acrobat on my iPad to open the interactive pdf. Yes the

form fields that had been filled in disappear when I open it on my iPad. On

the computer it works fine.

You are not seeing the fillable fields; because, you are probably not viewing the PDF with Adobe Reader. It looks like the hightail PDF viewer doesn't have fillable field capabilities when viewed from my PC. I can open the form in Adobe Reader DC; and the fillable fields are visible and editable.
