When I try to open Acrobat XI Pro I receive an error message (Error 16) advising me to uninstall and reinstall the software. I am concerned that if I uninstall the software that I will have to purchase it again and I do not have the original key which I would have received when I purchased the software. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

If you registered the application then you should be able to retrieve the s/n from your account on adobe.com ...
