When I want to edit a PDF, it gives "more info", then I have to buy a subscription?

I have a stand alone version of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.  When ever I try to use it, it sends me to a "more info" area, and requires a subscription.  Adobe and Microsoft have both worked on this.On Windows 10 they even had me log into the hidden Administrator  sign on, but that doesn't work either. I have run all virus/malware scans I can think of.   I've been working on this since November with Adobe and Microsoft to no avail.  HELP!

Hi dianeh65831960,

Acrobat Pro DC & Acrobat Reader DC are two different applications.

Make sure you are opening your PDF in Acrobat Pro DC to Edit it, because using Acrobat Reader DC you cannot edit PDF files.

Aadesh
