When opening “Engineering Drawings” that are routinely printed in 11 x 17, when opening the document they open in 8½ x 11 size.

Is there a way to resolve that all documents in PDF open in 11 x 17? 

Or, how can I change the individual documents to 11 x 17 and Save them with the ability to reopen them thereafter in the correct (11 x 17) size?

What do you mean by "open in 8.5 x 11 size"? What does this actually mean on screen? Does the wrong size display if you hover in the bottom left of the document?
