when opening or saving, Adobe DC does not display Windows Libraries

when opening or saving, Adobe DC does not display Windows Libraries as a location. Does show Quick access shortcuts. Seems odd that some apps will Quick Access and others Libraries but rarely will non Msft apps see both.

Any tweak for Adobe to see Libraries?
