I have a large PDF document with thousands of comments that have been generate d by an accounting program. When I attempt to add a comment, I open the comment tool. However, the amount of comments hogs so much memory that it makes it impossible to do anything and I have to close out of the program. This is very easy to accomplish in Acrobat XI. When must it be so difficult to work around in DC?
I have already tried changing the Viewer.aapp file located in the Acroapp/ENU folder. No success.
If anyone has had any previous experience with this and could offer assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dylan8908 ,
Would like to inform you that if you would like to hide the comment list then go through with this option :- Acrobat > View > Show/Hide / dis select the option for Tool Pane.
If you want to permanently hide the Right side tool Pane in Acrobat , then try this :- Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > Documents > under Open Settings uncheck the option for 'Open Tools Pane For Each Document'
Let me know if it works .
Regards,
Yatharth
