I have multiple printers installed by different manufactures: see below. I find when I go to print through Acrobat and select a printer other than my default Acrobat freezes up from 15 seconds up to several minutes. Eventually, it will switch over to the selected printer and work fine unless I select a different paper size, going from the default letter size to say legal or tabloid it will then freeze up again from seconds to minutes and again will eventually switch to the selected paper size and work fine. Is there a reason these printers are causing this hangup? Is there a fix. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printers and Acrobat. I have made sure all my drivers are up to date. Still having the same issue.
Please note, I do not have this issue with any other software; Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Publisher or word all work perfectly when printing.
