When shifting from Acrobat X to Acrobat DC my UPS and eBays no long print centered in page.

I was forced to shift from Acrobat X Pro to Acrobat DC Pro because X Pro is no longer supported.  Now my labels from UPS and eBay don't print centered on the page.  The margins are no longer the same.  The label forms are precut and assume the labels will be printed centered on the 8 1/2 by 11 inch page.  I am using a HP PCL print driver.  When I preview in the printer control panel the label is shoved up into the upper left hand corner.  Since Acrobat is not a Word Processor, there does not seem to be margin adjust or even an alignment tool.

Does anybody have a work around.  I cannot change the way UPS or eBay creates the labels.
