Anyone have the problem where When using the "Add Text Comment" tool, the text goes almost completely transparent after adding it? I've been on countless hours of tech support and senior level tech support with adobe and they try to blame it on a faulty Windows User Account. I've both, recreated my user account, and have on imac and other machines and they all have the same problem.

What is the dot version of Acrobat and OS installed on your system?
Are you experiencing this issue on commenting on a particular PDF or on all PDF's?
Do you get the comment box on right comment pane after the text becomes transparent?
