I have noticed that past several times I have begun to rewrite my study lesson for the week, using my usual template and just changing text, on occasion it would not allow me to edit without going back online and signing in again, even though I was already signed in. Tonight, it's not letting me edit at all and keeps taking me to the SIGN UP for monthly or yearly program page again. I thought maybe it had run out, so tried ordering again and received a message telling me I had already signed up. FRUSTRATION!

Have you made digital signatures or electronic signatures ?
How are you trying to edit the PDF?
Please try to sign of the software and log back in and see if that helps.
