Why am I paying $25 a year for a program that does absolutely NOTHING???

Someone please tell me how you get away with this? This is robbery! I cannot even convert a file into PFD! For christsakes!

Funny when I signed up I thought I was paying for a functional program that would convert files from pdf to word and vice versa and be able to edit them, however, each time I have attempted to use this damn thing, it tells me that I do not have the right "plan". I know, I will just cancel this because its not like I am a business or anything I attempt to use this about once ever few months! Cannot believe this thing! So, it says I can convert pdf to word only!

I have had to go online and get these things, which I feel I have paid for, for FREE! So please cancel this useless service!
