Why can't I convert a pdf file into a word?

I have Adobe PDF Services and it usually works well except for the last 3 pdf's I wanted to convert into Word and it is showing me that there is a conversion failure.

What can I do?

Could you please let us know the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using.

Are you experiencing this issue only with these 3 PDF's?
