Why can't I convert web page to pdf on macbook pro?

New Here ,

I subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC for my macbook pro.  When I right click a web page I get the option to Convert Web Page to PDF.  I click on it and I get, "Conversion Failure... A supported version of Acrobat could not be found.  Install a free 30-day trial."  When I click on that, Adobe offers me a free trial of Acrobat Pro DC, the app I already subscribed to and am paying for.  What's up here, anyone?

Hi James

It seems you are trying to convert in Chrome using Acrobat - Create PDF extension. But it is a Windows only extension and won't work on Mac. This has been mentioned in the description of the Acrobat - Create PDF extension as well.

Alternatively, You can create PDF from within Acrobat via File > Create > PDF From Web page or use Acrobat - Create PDF extension for Firefox.

Thanks

Tanvi
