After adding a new field to a fillable PDF (using either Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Pro XI) the form shows as a flat file when opened in Adobe Fill & Sign on Android and iOS.

Fill & Sign isn't intended to be used for fillable forms. It's for forms that don't include any interactive form fields. Reader can be used to fill-in a PDF that includes interactive form fields.

The form is already filled in via web app from data the user enters. The form is then emailed to the user to sign using Adobe Fill & Sign but none of the data is showing.
So the user doesn't need to fill in the data as it has already been entered and moved to the form. But the data doesn't show up.

In that case we'd need to see a sample of a filled-in form that gets emailed to a user in order to tell why the data isn't being displayed.

Hi James;
We released an update yesterday that should help. Now you will see the existing data in the PDF, it will not be editable but it will be shown and you can add additional data in Fill & Sign. Try uploading your PDF/file to Fill & Sign again and see.
Note that the form needs to be "online" - when you are signed into the app long press on the form thumbnail and choose "Move online"
Thanks,
Josh
